Agnipath Recruitment Scheme: Step towards creating Hindu Rashtra Army

Indian government has announced a weird recruitment plan for its armed forces, this scheme has been named as Agnipath Yojna. BJP government wants to recruit over 40000 youngsters ageing 17 to 23 in country’s armed forces but the interesting fact is that their total service tenure will be four years only after which they will be retired from their role of Agniveer. However, in future whenever any permanent job openings are announced in Indian forces, preference will be given to these retired Agniveers.

Now this has started massive protests all over India as the youngsters believe this is scheme will ruin their careers. First they will need to give up their Academic career on initial stages to join this force than after a gap of four years they will be left with no other option but to look for petty jobs due to  basic level academic career.  No government in World is fool enough to create so many jobless individuals every year even after spending billions of rupees on their training and development and no force is foolish enough to invest on an individual for 3 years service only (since first year will be consumed in training period). So apparently there are some hidden agendas in this project. In my opinion Hindu right wing political party BJP wants to achieve the grand  objective of its parent organisation RSS to convert India entirely into a Hindu Rashtra and perhaps this sort of project Agni force could provide them ideal men power in this regards.

Why I believe Agniveer is RSS/BJP project and it would be turned into Hindu Rashtra force?

They will be organised individuals with proper military training. They would know how to operate all sorts of weapons. They would either form gangs after 4th year retirement or they will join Hindutva forces (Most probably) and work towards the creation of Hindu Rashtra. They might work voluntarily or Hindutva forces could hire them.

The age group which they have targeted for Agni force is the one which will sacrifice its studies early in their academic career by joining this force so they won’t be able to get job on this basic level academic career which will be ruined further with 4 years long gap. As a result they will become bunch of jobless military trained youngsters, this will make them ideal candidates to form Hindutva force.

It’s a well planned move I must say. Indian forces have long term threats that are from China and Pakistan so short term solutions like Agni force won’t benefit them at all hence it appears that this scheme is entirely political in nature but looks like it has backfired. Indian youngsters have shown strong resistance against this scheme mainly due to job security factor. But keeping BJP’s previous track record in mind, generally they don’t bow down in front of protestors so probably Indian youngsters would need to learn to live with it whether they like it or not.

Poll: US Public Support for Israel Wanes as 68 Percent Call for Ceasefire

TEHRAN (FNA)- Israel’s war on Gaza is upsetting many Americans who think it must follow growing demands for an immediate ceasefire, according to a new poll. The Reuters/Ipsos survey found only 32 percent of respondents said “the US should support Israel”. That is down from 41 percent from a poll conducted on October 12-13 – just days after the war broke out. About 68 percent of respondents said they agreed with the statement, “Israel should call a ceasefire and try to negotiate”. Some 39 percent supported the idea “the US should be a neutral mediator”, compared with 27 percent a month earlier. Only 4 percent of respondents said the United States should support Palestinians, while 15 percent said the US shouldn’t be involved at all in the war. While the US has been a significant Israeli ally, just 31 percent of respondents said they supported sending Israel weapons. The plunge in support fol

US ‘Biggest Nuclear Threat’: China

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The United States poses the greatest danger to the world when it comes to the risks of a potential nuclear conflict, Chinese Defense Ministry spokesman Zhang Xiaogang told journalists on Friday. Beijing has accused Washington of making “irresponsible decisions” in attempts to maintain its hegemony, including through intimidating the international community with its nuclear arsenal, RT reported. The damning statement came in response to the Pentagon’s decision to upgrade US Forces Japan into a joint force headquarters under the command of a three-star officer reporting to the commander of the Indo-Pacific Command. The announcement was made by the US Defense Department in late July following the meeting of the American and Japanese defense and foreign policy chiefs. US Defense Secretary Llyod Austin hailed the development as “one of the strongest improvements in our military ties with Japan in 70 years” at that time. He also said that the two sides “held a separate
