TEHRAN (FNA)- Yemen's Armed Forces announced shooting down of an advanced American drone as the aircraft was performing an operation in support of the Israeli regime. The MQ-9 Reaper drone was brought down using a surface-to-air missile as the aircraft was flying in the airspace over Yemen's territorial waters, the Armed Forces said in a statement on Wednesday, Yemen's Al-Masirah television network reported. The aircraft was struck while carrying out an "hostile espionage" operation within the framework of the United States' military support for the Israeli regime, the statement added. TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The Palestinian resistance movement Hamas condemned the racist remarks recently made by a far-right Israeli minister, who called for dropping an atomic bomb on the besieged Gaza Strip. Israeli heritage minister Amichai Eliyahu said in an interview with Israel’s Radio Kol Berama on Sunday that using an atomic bomb against Palestinians in Gaza was “one of the possibilities,” and insisted that allowing any humanitarian aid into the blockaded area was wrong. “The statement by Eliyahu that throwing a nuclear bomb on the Gaza Strip is one of the solutions did not come out of nowhere, but rather is an expression of the level of decadence, Nazism, and sadism that is taking place in the corridors and minds of this occupying entity,” Hamas said in a press release. TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Two military facilities housing US occupation forces in Iraq's Kurdistan region and Syria's Hasakah province were struck by drones and rockets.   The Islamic Resistance in Iraq, an anti-terror umbrella group, claimed responsibility for the attack on the al-Harir Air Base, situated north of Erbil International Airport. The base was targeted by two drones, which "directly hit their targets." The attack was linked to Washington's support for Israel's aggression against Gaza. TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Simultaneous attacks struck three military bases housing US occupation forces in Syria. According to sources, the US base in the al-Omar oil field, east of Syria's Deir ez-Zur Province, was shelled on Saturday night. The attack, involving ground-to-ground weapons, triggered explosions within the facility, with the blasts audible in the surrounding areas. In a similar assault, the Harab Cir bases in Syria's al-Hasakah Province were targeted. Additionally, drones of unknown origin struck the al-Tanf base in Syria's Homs Province, near the Jordanian border. As of now, no casualties or damage have been reported.
