IN WAR WITH THE 'ARROGANCE' OF SEPARATISTS" : CHINESE PLA HOLDS MASSIVE MILITARY DRILLS NEAR TAIWAN STRAIT

Spokesperson for the China's Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council Zhu Fenglian has said that the China's People's Liberation Army's (PLA)'s actions to defend China's sovereignty and territorial integrity will continue until and unless the Taiwanese separatists forces continue provocations, Zhu added that China hope that Taiwan compatriots will distinguish right from wrong, and will understand the difference between cause and effect hence they will strongly oppose 'Taiwan's so called independence" and work with China to safeguard peace and stability across the Taiwan Straits.

The remark came after a series of PLA military drills was held near the Taiwan Straits for which China has said that the aim of the drills is to resolutely combat the "arrogance" of separatist forces and separatist actions.
