چائنہ پاکستان تعلقات سے بھارت کیون خوفزدہ ہے؟

  کافی عرصے سے انڈین ڈفینس ائنالسٹس کی طرف سے یہ تھیوریز دی جاتی رہی ھین کہ انڈیا کو ایک نہین دو محاذ سے بیک وقت خطرہ ہے یعنی پاکستان کے محاذ سے اور چائنہ کے محاذ سے۔ البتہ حالیہ کچھ ٹائم سے ایک نئی تھیوری یہ گردش کر رہی کے انڈین ڈفینس سرکلر مین کہ بنیادی طور پہ ھم جن دو محاذوں کا ذکر کر رہے ھین یہ دو نہین ایک ہی فرنٹ ہے، اس کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ جب بھی کبھی چائنہ والا محاذ کُھلا تو اس کے ساتھ ہی پاکستان کا محاذ بھی کُھل جائےگا اور جب بھی کبھی پاکستان کا محاذ کُھلا تو ساتھ ہی چائنہ کا محاذ کُھل جائےگا ۔لھاذا اب یہ تھیوری زیرِبحث ہے انڈیا کے دفاعی ماہرین مین کہ اب تک حالات کو غلط طریقے سے دیکھا گیا ہے اور تھریٹ لیول کو ڈائون پلے کیا گیا ہے۔  اِسی حوالے سے ایک بہت اھم خبر یہ بھی سامنے آئی تھی انڈیا کے ایک بڑے نیوز آؤٹ لیٹ نیوز ایٹین مین کہ  Pakistan army officers are posted in Chinese army’s western and southern theatre commands: Intelligence reports. اگر اس خبر کو درست مانا جائے تو یہ بھارت کے بہت پریشان کن بات ہے۔اور بھارتی ھارڈ لائنر وزیرِاعظم نریندر مودی صاحب کا نام گنیز بک ...

 امریکا اور چائنہ اس وقت دنیا کی دو بری قوتیں ھین۔ امریکا ایک تنزلی کی جانب مائل سوپر پاور مانا جا رہا ہے تو وہین چین کو اس وقت ایک اُبھرتی ھوئی قوت مانا جا رہا ہے۔اس وقت اِن دو بڑی قوتوں کے درمیان دنیا پہ اپنا اثر بڑھانے کی اسٹرگل جاری ہے۔ اور عالمی طاقتون کی اس رسہ کچھی کا اثر پھر دنیا کے کئی اور ملکون کے اوپر بھی اس وقت پڑ رہا ہے اور مانا یہ جا  آرہا ہے کہ دنیا مین اب  کولڈوار کا دوسرا حصہ شروع ھو چکا ہے۔ البتہ یہ یاد رہے کہ یہ جو نئی کولڈ وار شروع ھوئی ہے امریکا اور چین کے بیچ یہ پہلے والی کولڈ وار سے بلکل مختلف ہے جو کہ سویت یونین اور امریکا کے درمیان لڑی گئی۔  اس کولڈ وار کا ایک بڑا فوکس آرٹیفیشل انٹیلیجنس کے میدان پہ ہے اور یہ وہ ایریا ہے نئے زمانے کی جنگون کی وہ ڈومین ہے جس مین بمشکل دو چار ملک ہی آگے نکلے ھوئے ھین جیسا کہ چین روس اور امریکا، باقی تمام دنیا ان سے کافی زیادہ پیچھے ہے اس میدان مین حالانکہ اب جنگون کی مین ڈومین ہی یہی ھوگی اگلے کچھ سال کے اندر اندر جنگون لڑنے کا انداز ہی دنیا مین بدلنے والا ہے۔  تو اب سوال یہ ہے کہ یہ ملک تو اس نئی ڈومین می...
